My son and I bought this car from a man in Virginia about three months ago. His father bought it brand new and drove it until a year before he passed away (we still have the original license plate). His son put it in a garage until he later sold it to us. We were offered three times what we paid for it on the drive home!!! We are trying to find a few trim parts to make it whole.
On a side note: I couldn't find an older car for my boy so I offered him a used BMW X5 with all of the bells and whistles. His reply was "Dad, Then I'll look like everyone else" but he also later said "Dad, what are these numbers on the radio?" My first car was an antique (1952 Chevy Deluxe) and my daughters first car (last year) is a 1987 Chevy K5 Blazer. I've told them both that they may not have air bags but metal beats plastic every time!
