Company Profile
Dennis Carpenter

Dennis Carpenter Reproductions for Ford Products is a company whose reputation and products have become synonymous with quality and variety.
Reproducing Ford parts for almost 30 years and also recorded as the first official licensee by The Ford Motor Company, Dennis Carpenter has become one of the leading manufacturers of reproduction rubber, plastic, and die-cast products for 1932 through 1972 Ford cars and 1932 through 1979 Ford pick-up trucks. Other areas of reproduction include "factory fit" car and truck weather stripping, card board based interior products, and metal stamping for body patch panels and truck bumpers.
While maintaining a loyalty to the production of classic Ford parts from the 1930’s through the 1970’s, Dennis Carpenter Reproductions is continually researching and developing new products to fulfill the requirements for parts of later model Ford vehicles. As always, every new product proposal is vehicle tested for the correct fit and finish before it is reproduced, packaged, and made available to their valued customers.
For those who enjoy restoring the two-wheeled variety, Dennis Carpenter is also the leading manufacturer of reproduction Cushman Motor Scooter parts and accessories. Everything, from steel Eagle gas tanks to brilliantly polished stainless steel wheels and kickstands, is represented in their fully illustrated, 200-page parts catalog.
Whether it applies to a classic Ford or a vintage Cushman Motor Scooter, the confidence in the quality and performance of all their reproduced products is proudly extended to their customers. Dennis Carpenter is involved in die casting, which is the process used to make automobile door handles, fender ornaments, scripts etc.
Rubber products of all types for Ford cars and trucks are manufactured in his huge plant located near Charlotte, North Carolina.
Accurate plastic injection molds are used to create premium quality and authentic appearing products. Everything from light lenses to juke box push buttons can be made at this facility. Metal stamping, the process used to create sill plates for the door sills is one manufacturing technique used at Dennis Carpenter Reproductions.
I am glad to announce that Dennis Carpenter Reproductions is now reproducing the back door weather strip needed on almost every 1963 and 1964 Country Sedan or Country Squire station wagon. They are listed in the current ad in this magazine.
